OUR HISTORY

The ACT IV Drama Club was formed in November, 2006,
when a group of seniors at Sunrise Retirement Village
participated in a dinner theater performance. We had
so much fun we decided to create our own club in order
to bring out the wide variety of talent within the Senior
community. We chose to perform "The Old Time Radio Show"
because it alleviated the need for memorizing the
script, thereby allowing an appreciation of life by sharing
our talents and wisdom with other seniors and younger
generations. It is our way of reminding seniors that it is
never too late to celebrate life regardless of age or
disabilities and that if we don't tuck ourselves away,
"WE" can continue to MAKE A DIFFERENCE by being
what we have always been. We invite all seniors to bring
your talent for singing, dancing, writing, acting, etc.
so that YOU TOO CAN GET IN ON THE ACT.
